As Business Development Director, you will engage with senior stakeholders across the pharmaceutical sector to develop logistics solutions that ensure medicines reach patients, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare providers safely, compliantly, and on time.
What you’ll be doing
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UK pharmaceutical and life sciences market.
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders within pharma, biotech, and healthcare organisations.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Promote specialist logistics solutions including:
- Temperature-controlled transportation and distribution
- Pharmaceutical warehousing and compliant storage
- Time-critical and specialist drug transportation
- Supply chain solutions supporting patient-centric delivery models
- Translate client requirements into tailored logistics and distribution solutions in collaboration with operational teams.
- Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and deliver accurate forecasting and revenue targets.
- Represent the organisation at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings across the UK.
