• Drive efficiencies and improve productivity in line with the company’s strategic plans.
• Manage and inspire a large, diverse team across a wide number of departments, ensuring optimal operational performance.
• Plan and execute a variety of operational activities to safeguard and enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement the most efficient ways to run the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Director or equivalent senior management position.
• Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of packaging industry machine manufacturers and their capabilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a large team.
• Target-driven and capable of managing complex operational activities.
