Business Development Manager – Large Format

With a large recruitment drive, one of the West Midland’s leading large format suppliers is taking on new staff to expand its team. New machinery is also being brought in, and a new website is currently in creation, as part of these expansion and growth plans.

Their service, ideas, technology and cost‑efficiency make them a supplier that is championed by exciting, discerning clients. Everything from signage, wall coverings, glass manifestation, window graphics, exhibition graphics, displays, vehicle livery, hoardings…you name it, they print it.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to work with big-name brands and some of the country’s most influential creative agencies. You will work with these brands to maintain and develop new relationships through identification and establishment of business development.

Responsibilities

• Grow business through new client acquisition, expanding market share, and winning back lapsed clients.
• Maintain and develop new relationships with key accounts and agencies.
• Identify and establish business development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong sales background within the large format sector and proven ability to establish and develop relationships at all levels.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, following-up, negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Strong emphasis on listening and presenting appropriate solutions.
• Based in the UK and with experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
