Head of Asset Management and Compliance – Housing Provider (Birmingham)

This pivotal role sits within the leadership team of the Assets and Safety Directorate and reports directly to the Executive Director of Property Services.

Salary: £70,000 per annum + £3,500 car allowance and comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an asset management strategy, including 30‑year investment programmes.
• Oversee stock condition programmes and manage associated data.
• Lead the delivery of major investment programmes, including procurement and contract management.
• Provide regular reports to the Senior Management Team (SMT).
• Lead and inspire technical teams to ensure high performance and compliance.
