Responsibilities
- Lead a workstream or project within a programme
- Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues in their self-development and career journey
- Foster positive and professional relationships with client and Alchemmy peers
- Establish connections with senior client stakeholders and understand and anticipate their needs
- Prepare and coordinate development of quality deliverables
- Plan and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops
- Start to identify opportunities with existing clients and contribute to proposals and pitches
- Take ownership for the quality of the team’s deliverables whilst aligning tasks to team members’ skill sets and development objectives
- Contribute significantly to internal initiatives
