As Sales Director, you will focus on long‑term growth and sustainability, devise and implement the company’s sales strategy, and set revenue targets and key performance indicators. You will use your market knowledge to cross‑sell and create mutually beneficial solutions, translate client requirements into actionable plans, and nurture credible, trusting relationships at all levels.
• Proven experience in the print industry with a solid understanding of the market.
• Strong leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, able to express ideas and expectations clearly and confidently, and delegate effectively.
