As Sales Director, you will translate service knowledge into solutions, develop business opportunities with new and existing clients, and apply the right tools at the right time.
You will work closely with the MD and have the opportunity to build a career path within the senior team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the organization.
- Gather performance data, generate reports and accurately forecast sales predictions.
- Analyse market trends, monitor market shifts and devise growth strategies.
- Lead, develop and motivate the sales team to exceed objectives and implement positive changes.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on trend analysis, market monitoring and result tracking.
- Well‑developed business sense and strong number‑orientation.
- Proven leadership experience in a competitive sales environment.
- Experience in the direct‑mail, print, packaging or paper sectors is highly desirable.
- Friendly, open‑minded, goal‑oriented and committed to a greener future.
- Residency in the UK and recent work experience in the print, packaging or paper industries.
