Dispute Resolution Solicitor Cheshire | Hybrid Working

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a respected and expanding litigation team based in Cheshire.

This role would suit a Solicitor with up to 3 years’ PQE, including Newly Qualified Solicitors, who are looking to develop their litigation career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm offering genuine progression.

Responsibilities

You will manage a varied and interesting caseload across a broad range of contentious matters, including:

• Debt recovery
• General civil litigation
• Contentious probate and trust disputes
• Commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes
• Property and neighbour disputes
• Breach of contract claims

The caseload offers a strong mix of matters, from straightforward recovery work through to more complex and high-value disputes, giving you excellent exposure and development opportunities. You will have autonomy to run files independently, with ongoing supervision, mentoring and support available when needed.
