Description

We’re a high-impact, forward-thinking HR function at Veriforce, focused on attracting and securing the very best talent to support our continued growth. With strong foundations in place and a clear ambition to raise the bar, we’re evolving how we hire; embedding skills-based frameworks, strengthening our employer brand, and delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience.

As our hiring needs grow in scale and complexity, we’re looking for a Recruitment Partner to help us take things to the next level. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top talent across the business.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. From building proactive talent pipelines to advising on hiring strategy and driving continuous improvement, you’ll have real influence on how we grow our teams.

If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong partnerships, and is motivated by delivering exceptional hiring outcomes, this is a chance to make a real impact.
