Responsibilities
- Continue bringing in new business while learning the ropes of the organisation with the view of leading from the front in 18 months’ time.
- Bring new business to the company and support long‑term growth and sustainability by devising and implementing the sales strategy, and setting revenue targets and key performance indicators.
- Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, internally and externally.
- Drive the sales process from plan to close, demonstrating strong business sense and proven ability to execute sales strategies.
- Bring fresh ideas to improve company turnover, exhibiting dynamism, energy and passion for the work.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all organisational levels.
- Strong business sense and proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
