This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who understands the print sector and is passionate about building strong client relationships while developing high‑performing teams.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Director will be responsible for contributing to the strategic direction of the business while continuing to drive revenue growth. The role will involve managing and developing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the existing sales team to maximise their performance.

The business currently has three experienced sales professionals, each generating strong results. They manage their own estimating and account management responsibilities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to review this structure and help shape the future of the sales function – for example, by introducing account management support to allow the sales team to focus more heavily on new business development.
