Overview
We seek a passionate and driven individual to lead our sales team with the goal of transitioning to a Managing Director role within the next couple of years.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales department and oversee its performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Gather performance data and create reports for senior management and shareholders.
- Analyze market trends, monitor market shifts and forecast sales predictions.
- Drive growth initiatives and avoid stagnation.
- Manage profit and loss for the sales organization.
- Provide direction, motivation, and coaching to the sales team.
- Serve as an ambassador for the company, building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, clients, stakeholders and affiliated companies.
- Maintain strong communication, motivation and persuasive skills.
