Compensation
Salary up to £70k pa basic plus bonus, commission, and car.
Responsibilities
- Take command of overall operations of the sales function.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams and opportunities.
- Set sales targets and activity KPIs, and report on progress to achieve sales KPIs.
- Network with existing and potential clients, creating opportunities to generate sales.
- Maintain strong rapport internally and externally.
- Motivate and lead the client’s sales team to achieve results.
- Passion for print and a strong track record of sales within the industry.
Qualifications
- Strong track record of sales within the print, packaging or paper sectors.
- Passion for print.
- Commercially astute and highly driven.
- Excellent communication skills, both external and internal.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Applicants must be resident in the UK and have recent experience in the print, packaging, or paper sectors.
