Compensation

Salary up to £70k pa basic plus bonus, commission, and car.

Responsibilities

• Take command of overall operations of the sales function.
• Identify and develop new revenue streams and opportunities.
• Set sales targets and activity KPIs, and report on progress to achieve sales KPIs.
• Network with existing and potential clients, creating opportunities to generate sales.
• Maintain strong rapport internally and externally.
• Motivate and lead the client’s sales team to achieve results.
• Passion for print and a strong track record of sales within the industry.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of sales within the print, packaging or paper sectors.
• Passion for print.
• Commercially astute and highly driven.
• Excellent communication skills, both external and internal.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Applicants must be resident in the UK and have recent experience in the print, packaging, or paper sectors.
