We are working with a leading Print Management company to find a dynamic, self‑motivated individual who thrives on change and progression. As an Account Manager, you must relish the opportunity to beat deadlines, manage multiple projects and exceed all expectations.
Responsibilities
Provide first‑class customer service to a designated portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring the contract performs within the agreed SLAs. Support and guide customers to ensure projects run smoothly from the development of the initial concept, mapping timelines and managing budgets, through to the delivery of the end product. Demonstrate high level of commercial acumen by making informed decisions regarding the selection of suppliers or sub‑contractors based on cost and quality. Oversee and manage the integration of system‑driven solutions with the support of the IT team and service providers.
Knowledge & Skills
- Very good understanding of the specific quality/service criteria of the finished product
- Strong knowledge of relevant administrative procedures and documentation and how they relate to customer and function
- High level of commercial awareness
- Very good understanding of quality standards as they relate to production procedures and processes
Candidate Profile
Candidates must come from the printing industry and have a passion for what they do. Direct mail or transactional mail experience would be a bonus.
