• General main contracting experience across a variety of project types.
• Work independently with confidence and decisiveness.
• Manage refurbishment projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous refurbishment experience is essential.
• SMSTS.
• First Aid.
• Full UK driving licence.

Package:

• Salary up to £70,000, dependent on experience.
