Job overview

The role provides expertise and advice to the business across all aspects of procurement activity and engagement whilst bringing detailed information back to the Procurement team around business strategies and objectives. Your communication and collaboration with the business helps build procurement's reputation as a trusted, expert partner. Building deep relationships with key stakeholders to drive robust engagement plans is key to the role. Creating regular touchpoints and processes that ensure early visibility of procurement demands from the business and provide the ability for the category teams to engage early on sourcing strategy and approaches is fundamental to the success of the role.

Work arrangements

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
