Account Manager (Hybrid)

Our client has long been linked with the highest levels of quality and customer service in print services. They are looking to expand their award‑winning client services team through the appointment of an Account Manager.

Your strong understanding of the print industry combined with a passion for customer service will allow you to hit the ground running. In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring that all customers receive a consistently superior level of service in line with their Service Level Agreements. Direct mail experience is advantageous but not essential.

You will be required to respond swiftly to customer and supplier queries, provide accurate quote responses within target response times, and continuously confirm, monitor and chase orders to ensure that all work is delivered on schedule, within budget and to quality standards. An organised individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently is essential.

This is a hybrid role; you will work 2–3 days a week at the client’s offices.
