We are now looking for aRegional Lead Nurse—a senior clinical leader who can operate across complex systems, influence at pace, and ensure clinical quality is consistently delivered across a diverse regional portfolio.

This is not a single-service leadership role.

You will operate at aregional and strategic level, working across multiple services to ensure clinical practice issafe, effective, consistent and continuously improving.

You will work at the interface ofclinical leadership, operational delivery and system-wide partnerships—ensuring services are aligned, compliant and future-ready.

You’re an experienced clinical leader who is confident operating beyond a single service.
