Account Manager Role
A highly successful print company requires the services of an Account Manager. As the link between the accounts and our client you will strive to understand client goals and then organise suppliers to produce successful campaigns. The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. You will consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, represent client needs and goals within the organisation, and build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Some experience in and an understanding of the print production process is required, but the ability to learn quickly and ask the right questions is equally important. You will be required to plan print jobs and send quote requests to the most appropriate suppliers for every print job.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Good ‘people skills’, for working with a range of colleagues, clients and suppliers
- Must have a commercial outlook
- Experience in print production and Direct Mail
- A professional manner
- Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
