Print Studio Manager - East Sussex - £28k to £32k pa depending on experience

We have an opportunity for a Studio Manager to join a family‑run printing company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the studio has adequate resources to carry out its work.
• Oversee people, equipment, workflow and quality assurance.
• Confirm that the work taken on is realistic and manageable within available resources.
• Serve as the face of the organisation to clients, acting as front‑of‑house.
• Maintain a customer‑oriented approach with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in the printing industry.
• Ability to take initiative and make confident decisions.
• Accurate and methodological approach to all projects.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
