What you’ll do:

  • Own and manage core business systems, including Monday.com and wider operational tools
  • Oversee end-to-end workflows, ensuring processes are followed, improved, and optimised
  • Act as a key escalation point for operational and systems‑related issues
  • Support finance processes including payment runs and reporting inputs (systems‑side)
  • Manage contract administration, renewals, and supplier/client documentation
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and produce operational reporting insights
  • Work cross‑functionally to improve communication, efficiency, and workflow alignment
  • Support onboarding and training for new team members on systems and processes

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Operations, Business Operations, or Systems-focused role
  • Experience within a start‑up or a similar environment
  • Experience working with workflow tools such as Monday.com, CRM systems, or similar platforms
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and process discipline
  • Confident operating across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solutions‑led approach
  • Experience across contracts, finance processes, HR, or cross‑functional operations highly desirable
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, creative, or high‑growth environment
