A dynamic printing company that offers a full range of services is looking for an energetic, highly motivated Account Manager.
Managing the highest quality print projects for a range of major brands, you will provide exceptional customer service, understanding and interpreting their needs using listening skills and your ability to extract relevant information. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and suppliers over the phone, email and in person.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all jobs are accurate, delivered on time and to a high standard of quality.
- Provide estimates and work with suppliers to ensure jobs are costed correctly and to the correct standards and delivery timeframes.
- Administrate client reports and other administration duties related to client accounts.
- Meet and exceed set business targets and client Service Level Agreements.
Qualifications
If you are an Account Management/Client Services professional with ability to meet tight deadlines by solving problems with own initiative, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and managing own time successfully, then we would love to hear from you.
