Structure Coordinator/ Engineer (Maincon/ Building projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all structural works on‑site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with consultants, Professional Engineers (PE), clients, and subcontractors on structural design and construction issues.
• Review structural drawings, method statements, and shop drawings for compliance and constructability.
• Ensure proper sequencing of structural works in line with project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with safety standards (WSH requirements).
• Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues related to structural works.
• Monitor progress of structural activities and report delays or discrepancies to the Project Manager.
• Support submission of structural documents, permits, and relevant approvals.
• Maintain proper documentation of structural works, inspections, and site records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong understanding of structural design, construction methods, and sequencing.
• Familiar with Singapore building codes, authority submission processes, and WSH safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and basic project documentation tools.
