We are seeking a skilled and motivated Planning Director to join our reputable Planning Team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our diverse client portfolio across all sectors.

About the role

Planning supports the government's growth agenda and Pegasus Group has experienced a growing demand for its services. As such, we are expanding our Planning team in Birmingham.

Responsibilities

As Planning Director, you will lead planning applications, manage projects, and mentor a small team. You will advise and promote a range of planning projects while ensuring compliance with development management and planning policy.

Qualifications

• Chartered member of the RTPI
• Proven experience advising and promoting planning projects
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead planning applications
• Extensive knowledge of development management and planning policy
• Experience leading and mentoring a small team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
