Account Director (Direct Mail)
A leading print management company that delivers campaigns worldwide seeks an Account Director for a direct mail account of a renowned brand.
The role involves P & L responsibility and accountability for the retention and revenue development of all client accounts within the business.
The Account Director will promote and support business growth and foster a positive, proactive team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership, encouragement, motivation, and delegation to ensure team success
- Ongoing team member development to meet KPIs
- Encouraging recognition and reward culture
- Regular updates to the client and production of performance reports
- Liaising with Finance to review budgets and implement necessary changes for profitability and stability
- Maintaining excellent client service and rapport
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve group objectives
Skills Required
- Direct mail / mail fulfilment and postage account management experience
- Knowledge of UK & international postal services and products
- Good working knowledge of printing & mailing machinery capabilities
- Experience with Salesforce desirable; training will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
