You will be a highly experienced manager who has a solid understanding of the sector and will be able to consult on strategy and insight for key clients. We seek a high calibre individual who will provide oversight and leadership to a number of account teams and line managers to develop and implement the company business plan.

Responsibilities

  • Significant commercial experience in print or packaging including estimating.
  • A proven track record of building and developing strong client relationships.
  • Experience of leading, mentoring and motivating account teams and line managers.
  • Key events when new business has been won by you and your business has grown as a result.
  • A scientific understanding of the projects you have completed as well as the market insight to provide a consulting service to clients.
  • Budgeting and financial management is key.

Qualifications

  • Has held key roles in companies with turnovers no less than £10m in the last five years.
