About the job your considering

The Senior Talent Acquisition Lead is accountable for driving the talent acquisition strategy across a our Capgemini Invent Business Line, ensuring alignment with Capgemini's workforce planning, business priorities, and global TA governance. This role leads a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners and acts as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing talent decisions at the highest level.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
