POS Account Director

Our client, a leading print management firm, is looking for a POS Account Director to drive best practice in client engagement, print production, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the team driving best practice in client engagement, print production and service delivery.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and key drivers in that sector.
• Create and execute an ongoing Client Engagement Plan up to senior contract owner level and equivalent.
• Demonstrate clear understanding of client contracts, commercial obligations and risk.
• Ensure account delivery against commercial targets.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with clients within your remit.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with direct reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience as an Account Director within a print management environment with proven ability to meet targets.
• Extensive experience in POS as an Account Manager or Account Director.
• Ambitious, creative and passionate about print.
