We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader, or an aspiring outstanding teacher with proven leadership capacity to join our team. The candidate will take a central role in assisting the Headteacher, Leadership Team and Governing body to develop our school in accordance with our values, ethos and school development plans. The role involves being Early Years Lead and working closely with staff to promote effective teaching and learning to secure the fundamentals for all our children, so they make a strong start on their learning journey. We are looking for a candidate who shares our passion for providing an inclusive, values driven education where every child is nurtured and encouraged to achieve its fullest potential.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore appointment to this post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check as well as other pre-appointment checks outlined in Keeping Children Safe in Education (September 2025). As this role is in regulated activity it also requires checks under the Childcare Disqualification Regulations and Childcare Act 2006.
