We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, and passionate Account Director with an extensive knowledge of the printing industry to develop their career in an award‑winning company. You will be a commercial thinker and will be responsible for the development of onboarding new clients and ensuring existing clients’ needs are met. The successful applicant will demonstrate a proven track record in a previous Key Account Manager / Account Director / Client Services Management role within a fast paced environment. You will have a strong analytical mind with the capability of foreseeing problems early and implementing suitable counter measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship
- Maintain client satisfaction & retention
- Actively seek to increase the services offered and increase the income generated to agreed individual and team targets
- Work closely with the Site Director to agree operational efficiency targets and business objectives
- Have an in‑depth understanding of the financial status of the full client portfolio
- Develop processes that help to accurately forecast up and coming workloads
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Key Account Manager, Account Director or Client Services Management role in a fast‑paced environment
- Resident in the UK and have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors
