We’re hiring a Principal-level recruiter to take ownership of and scale a specialist desk in Client Services at DNA. This role is designed for someone already operating at a high level who wants to build a market properly, with the platform, brand and infrastructure in place to support long-term growth. You’ll be leveraging a strong base of existing agency client relationships to introduce and scale your Client Services specialism, building long-term partnerships and developing your market into a leading practice area over time.
Role responsibilities
- Full ownership and growth of a Client Services recruitment desk
- Building strategic, long-term relationships with agency clients
- Driving consistent, high-level billings
- Developing your market into a recognised area of expertise
Ideal candidate
- Is already operating at Principal level within Client Services recruitment
- Wants to build and scale a market with real ownership
- Is looking to expand a niche they’re already credible in, with the platform and brand to take it further
- Values autonomy but still wants experienced, billing leadership around them
