Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing new clients and identifying vacancies that require resourcing. Pass identified vacancies to the resourcing team. No expectation to source candidates or fill roles.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in recruitment business development, either in a pure BD role or as a 360 recruiter. Experience in the IT industry is an advantage.
Other Requirements
Must be a hunter who can knock down doors and find vacancies. Work on a 2‑week trial basis with potential for longer‑term partnership. Candidate must be UK based, or open to working UK business hours if based elsewhere.
