The role

As a Site Operations Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day delivery of aircraft operations at RAF Woodvale, ensuring engineering, maintenance, safety, flying operations and support services operate seamlessly to meet contractual and customer requirements.

Day-to-day, you’ll provide clear direction, manage operational performance and work closely with military and civilian stakeholders to ensure high standards of safety, service and compliance are maintained at all times. Your leadership will directly influence operational readiness, team performance and customer confidence, while offering you the opportunity to further develop your career in a high‑profile aviation environment.

This role is full time, 40 hours per week and is based on site at RAF Woodvale.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) security clearance for this role.
