Junior Customer Success Manager – London (Hybrid) – up to £35k + commission

Kioni Talent is working with a growing data and intelligence provider to hire a Customer Success Manager into their London team.

This role is focused on supporting customers and helping them get the most value from the product. It would suit someone who enjoys working closely with clients, building relationships, and delivering a strong customer experience.

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. There is strong support from both the team and the wider business to help you develop product knowledge and confidence working with customers.

The role

You’ll work closely with customers across onboarding, training, and ongoing support, helping them understand how to use the platform and where it adds value.

That will include:

• Supporting new customer onboarding and product adoption
• Running training sessions and product demonstrations
• Building relationships with key stakeholders
• Acting as a point of contact for customer queries and support
• Working with internal teams to improve the overall customer journey

This is a role where communication and organisation are key. The best people in this role are confident presenting, enjoy working with customers, and take ownership of delivering a great experience.

What they’re looking for

You don’t need a specific background, but you should be comfortable working directly with customers and presenting information clearly.

Typically that might include:

• Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. customer success, support, account support, hospitality, or similar)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence building relationships with customers
• A willingness to learn a new product and industry
