Progress Coach - Business (TTO)

Job Overview

Halesowen College is looking for an enthusiastic and supportive Progress Coach (Business TTO) to mentor, monitor, and intervene in student progress as part of a team of Progress Coaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Support student induction, performance, progress and progression.
• Design and deliver tutorial programmes in collaboration with the Business team.
• Manage caseloads and conduct sessions in tutorial groups and one-to-one.
• Track and monitor student attendance and academic progress.
• Provide support for student wellbeing, behaviour and engagement, setting high standards.
• Assist students with enrichment, work experience, university/apprenticeship/job applications and life after college.

Safeguarding & Vetting

All successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check, safer recruitment vetting and online checks as part of the college's commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
