The Opportunity

As a Supply Chain Manager you’ll play a key role in:

  • Managing and developing a robust, compliant and high-performing supply chain across construction trades and material suppliers
  • Acting as a central stakeholder to align estimating, buying, subcontract, SHEQ and site management teams
  • Reviewing, auditing and maintaining supplier compliance, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
  • Identifying, onboarding and developing new suppliers while strengthening existing relationships
  • Implementing supplier grading, performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Your work will directly contribute to enabling sustainable business growth and ensuring operational excellence across all project delivery stages

About You

We’re looking for someone who can bring:

  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager within construction, civils or infrastructure environments
  • Experience managing supplier compliance, auditing and performance frameworks
  • The ability to think strategically and shape direction, while also being willing to roll their sleeves up and support the team with day-to-day tasks when needed.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to influence at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
  • Understanding of BREEAM principles is advantageous but not essential

Salary Range £45,000 – £65,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
