In this role, you will work with stakeholders and team members from across the globe supporting HR and Operational leaders within regions and countries by designing, documenting and implementing global Work Time and Pay processes with a strong focus on integrations to our external providers.

You will work closely with your IT colleagues in implementing these processes and integrations within and from the global HR system, as well as contributing towards the change management of this implementation through your network of stakeholders. You will continually look for opportunities to improve; utilizing skills in HR process re‑engineering and business change management, ensuring we remain an essential part of everyday life.
