This is a key leadership position for individuals who want to grow alongside a high-growth fintech & crypto project. You will be the main person responsible for launching the office, managing its daily operations, and driving direct client sales.

Compensation Structure

Company fully funds the office

Assetara covers 100% of all expenses: rent, office setup, furniture, equipment, utilities, travel, marketing materials — you invest nothing personally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the primary representative of Assetara in your region, you will:

Pre-launch period (before website launch and office opening)

Total: $100 + 8% from any sales + up to ~$60 bonus for 4 weeks ( $160+ with full commitment and early deals).

After successful website and office launch — transition to $300 base salary + 8% commission per deal, with realistic potential of $1,500–10,000+ per month based on performance.
