About this opportunity

At Lloyds Banking Group, we’re embedding analytics at the core of SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to drive organic growth across traditional search and AI‑driven platforms. The public website is a critical engine for discovery and consideration of our brands and products. This role is central to strengthening how we measure, understand, and improve search visibility and website performance.

In this role, you’ll own the SEO and GEO measurement framework, delivering clear dashboards and insights that shape prioritisation, investment, and optimisation decisions. You’ll lead opportunity sizing and causal analysis to identify high impact search initiatives. You’ll also champion robust SEO/GEO taxonomies, tagging, and data quality standards, embedding insight‑led decision‑making across digital and content teams.

Strong search analytics expertise, paired with the ability to influence and coach others, is essential to succeed in this high‑impact analytical role.
