Workshop Service Engineer (Technical Training)

Pay: £37,000 - £42,000 + benefits: Full Technical Training, Company Van (From Workshop), Overtime, 33 Days Holiday, 38.5 Hours per week.

Location: Workshop based, with rare travel, commutable from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Broadway, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Cirencester and surrounding areas.

Are you an Engineer with an Electrical or Mechanical skillset in engineering, manufacturing, maintenance or similar environments? This role offers the chance to develop and upskill through technical training such as robotics, working on industry leading equipment within a bespoke manufacturer, while enjoying a great work‑life balance with rare stays away, no call‑outs or weekend working.

The Role:

• 38.5 Hours per week, workshop based with rare travel on the road, typically 1 night away per month.
• Service, Repair, Rebuild and Remote Technical support to customers across the UK.
• Full Technical Training and scope to further progress.

The Person:

• Holds a UK Drivers License.
