About the role – you will:
- Collaborate with customers to define their product requirements and goals and champion those back into the organization.
- Work with presales on integration and implementation process for a customer and ensure the development plan is in sync.
- Lead process between customer and development to define goals of product releases.
- Champion any integration or field issues brought up by customers development team.
- Communicate the issue and state between customer and development.
- Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Stay current with emerging storage technologies and industry trends.

- Lead from technical depth to understand the customers’ requirements / issues / problems and champion those into the organization.
- Happy to multitask but balance this when focus is required.
- Think smarter and not harder to meet the customer needs.
Your experience includes:
- Experience in customer facing, systems engineering or technical support roles.
- Understanding of storage protocols including SAS, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS, and Fibre Channel.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud storage solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer Engineering, Materials, Physics, or Information Technology).
- 8+ years of experience or master’s degree in the same and 6+ years’ experience, or PhD and 3+ years’ experience or equivalent experience and education.
You might also have:
- Experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes storage.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
