PE Global are currently recruiting for a Customer Incentive Plan Analyst to work with a world-leading science-based technology client based in Bracknell (4 days a week on site, 1 day work from home).

Contract duration: 12 months

Rate: £23.99 per hour PAYE.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all Customer Incentive Plan (CIP) related processes end-to-end
  • Support Sales teams with CIP agreement setup, budgeting, and system inputs (SAP and related tools)
  • Oversee and steer accrual procedures, including analysis of accrual positions
  • Lead CIP-related finance and business reviews
  • Manage agreement close-outs and budget releases
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams (Accounting, Tax, Legal, Customer Issue Resolution) to resolve complex CIP and accrual scenarios
  • Provide clear insight and guidance on financial processes and performance

Essential Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, or a similar function
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid affinity for finance
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working in complex, collaborative environments

Desirable Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial topics in a clear, concise way
  • Experience working with Sales teams or in a commercial finance environmentSAP or similar ERP system experience
  • German language skills (advantageous due to stakeholder base)
  • Accountancy qualifications (or working towards)
