Job Title: Transactional Mailing Account Manager

The ideal candidate should be a self‑motivated, outgoing individual, able to deal with client pressure and short timelines.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for supporting transactional mailing campaigns for a portfolio of Clients. You will have a customer focused approach to service delivery across all aspects of the work.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate and work collaboratively with the Account Management team to support and advise the client
- Develop and maintain a rapport with key client stakeholders while applying a commercial and added value approach
- Ensure all agreed SLAs, quality standards and deadlines are adhered to.
- Respond to client briefs and queries within a timely and professional manner
- Ensure quality procedures are followed
- Promptly escalated any issues as they arise
- Identify opportunities for added value, process improvement and/or efficiencies.
Skills required for this role
- You should be customer centric.
- Have excellent administration and organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communicator, ensuring strong Client relationships are created and maintained.
- Strong knowledge of transactional mail
- On a less serious note, a good sense of humour and ability to be a fantastic team player.
