Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual to join the College’s Research and Innovation team. You will have strong quantitative data analysis and visualisation skills, attention to detail and experience of using analysis software (such as Excel, Power BI and R) and ability to draw out meaningful and accessible insights to inform policy and practice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure RCGP’s policy and external affairs activity is supported by strong and credible data and evidence.
• Undertake primary and secondary research and analysis, and commission and manage external research suppliers.
• Work with a range of teams and partners to develop policy and practical solutions to challenges facing general practice.
• Draw out meaningful and accessible insights to inform policy and practice.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrable understanding of research methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eye for detail.
• Experience and proficiency with analysis software such as Excel, Power BI, and R.
