Do you have experience of working with complex children and families? Are you passionate about making a difference in young lives? Join our dedicated Youth Offending Team, where you'll work directly with children aged 10–17 who are involved in the criminal justice system.

The Role:

We’re looking for someone to support young people who are facing complex challenges and have become involved in the criminal justice system. You’ll manage a caseload and work directly with individuals and their families to encourage positive change – reducing reoffending, improving relationships, boosting school attendance, and empowering parents.

Collaboration is key in this role. You’ll work closely with partner agencies to secure the best possible outcomes, helping each young person move forward, reintegrate into their community, and build a more hopeful future.
