Position: Cycling Events Manager

Location: Walton-on-Thames

Salary: around £40,000 per annum depending on experience

Main Duties

Managing events of all sizes from concept through to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and financial outcomes of each project.

The Role

• Plan, secure, and deliver outdoors private, corporate or charity events end to end
• Manage all administrative aspects with meticulous attention to detail
• Develop and nurture relationships with travel and accommodation providersThink out of the box and support broader business activities beyond your role

Candidate’s Profile

• Knowledge and passion for cycling – Essential
• Able to commute to South-West London / Surrey
• Creative problem solving ability and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
• IT literate – Confident with Microsoft Excel
