Our client delivers innovative, inspirational print and direct mail communications to a wide range of clients. They are looking for a professional who can optimise solutions to establish good, reliable, loyal customers, ensuring the delivery of 5‑star quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Run, plan and schedule production activities in a busy print facility.
• Strategise and oversee all production operations while continually improving workflow to reduce bottlenecks and downtime.
• Lead a highly skilled team, sharing knowledge and helping staff understand the company’s offerings.
• Supervise, motivate and support staff to ensure deadlines are met.
• Be accountable for meeting the department’s quality and performance objectives.
• Champion the strategic vision, core purpose and core values of the client.
• Build authentic relationships with colleagues, sales, creative and support teams.
• Drive effective employee engagement through a flexible, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial role within the Direct Mail sector.
• High levels of commitment and a “can do” approach.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to apply strategic thinking and problem‑solving techniques.
