Production Manager – Yorkshire – £Excellent

A provider of creative design services, product manufacturing and print is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and skilled manager to be the driving force of a team of energetic professionals within the Production department.

They manufacture products in-house using state of the art printers and experienced finishers, to assure that customers receive the highest quality of product and service.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of staff
• Driving productivity and lean manufacturing processes
• Cost control of labour, resources and consumables
• Scheduling of work
• Staff appraisal
• Efficient liaison with customers and the Account Management department to relay details to Production staff, producing highest quality product on budget and on time
• Control, organise and monitor flow of materials

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, preferably in display graphics with a wealth of experience in the sector
• Strong background in production management or similar roles
• Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills
• Confident decision maker who takes initiative and an accurate and methodological approach to projects
