Responsibilities

• Supervision of staff
• Driving productivity
• Driving improvements in production process
• Cost control of labour, resources, consumables and scheduling of work
• Control, organise and monitor the flow of materials, producing the highest quality product on time and on budget

Qualifications

• Background in large format and/or POS printing
• Hands‑on and task‑orientated, with ability to operate digital presses and manage a team
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise work
• Confident decision maker with a methodological approach to projects
